When STI created the SteelMaster, steel shooters everywhere rejoiced. Now they are following up on their success by introducing the MatchMaster. With patented 2011 technology, a 4.15″ classic slide, Trubor compensated barrel system, and STI’s legendary Recoil Master, the STI MatchMaster delivers all the advantages of a full size race pistol in a model smaller, lighter, faster reacting- all in a controllable package.

Built on the patented modular steel frame with polymer grip, the STI MatchMaster utilizes the innovative Trubor compensated barrel which is designed to eliminate misalignment of the barrel and compensator bore or movement of the compensator on the barrel. The full size recoil system in the MatchMaster gives a greater reduction in muzzle flip and the shorter slide decreases overall slide cycle time, allowing the shooter to achieve faster follow up shots. The slide has lightening cuts on the front and rear to reduce weight, and custom “Sabertooth” serrations. The MatchMaster is mounted with a C-More, 6 MOA red dot scope with blast shield and thumb rest. Additional enhancements include aluminum magwell, stainless steel ambidextrous safeties, stainless steel high rise grip safety, STI’s “Spur” hammer, STI’s patented RecoilMaster guide rod system, and checkered front strap and mainspring housing.
