SHIPPING POLICY

We try to make your shopping experience with us as easy as possible. Below are the policies that you need to be considered when ordering firearms or ammunition.  If you have questions regarding any additional information below please feel free to email us at sales@gotenda.com

Shipping rates

• Free Shipping on orders above $300(before tax) including ammunition, firearms, accessories or combination.
• Orders below $300 will be a flat rate calculated by check out.
• For information on how to arrange shipping for gun powder, please refer to our FAQ section under “Orders & Shipping” (https://www.gotenda.com/faqs/)
• Remote areas and heavy goods shipping will be quoted separately
• Oversize packages will be quoted separately for oversize surcharge by the courier

Insurance

• All Couriers do only cover up to $100 on claim  for shipments without insurance for accessories and gears, Firearms and Ammunition related products will NOT be covered without insurance.
• Canada Post charges $2.83 per $100 declare value after tax with the first $100 declare value free of charge
• UPS and Canpar charge $1 per $100 declare value after tax with the first $100 declare value free of charge

Address & License

• We only allow shipping within CANADA. No international orders.
• PAL & Date of Birth is required for verification before order processing.
• If not being shipped to the CFO mailing or storage address (such as a business location), we will need to verify the address the RCMP has on file before proceeding
• The firearms act required all ammunition sales to be recorded
• Remote Locations may incur additional shipping costs due to the charges applied by the courier

Restrictions

• All dangerous goods and ammunition will be shipped by Courier, Canada Post will not be able to ship ammunition.
• Ammunition is shipped with tracking number, up to only $100 coverage if no insurance purchased, and 18+ signature upon arrival
• Firearm Related products including ammunition and firearms could NOT be shipped to PO BOX address, UPS store or Access Points, must be a physical address matches PAL

Timeframe

• We ship in-stock items within 2 – 4 business days(Except special sales event). Backorder items are shipped upon arrival and receive priority processing. Please note restricted firearms will not ship until transfers are complete. We can not control the transfer’s wait time but will submit the transfer on the same day if the order received before 5 pm to ensure your priority.
• Note: Orders on or after May 30th 2022 will be delayed due to the shipping policy change from OIC for non-restricted firearms and the large volume of handgun transfers
