Description

The black 910 Hard Utility Case from Nanuk is made from a crushproof, dustproof, and waterproof lightweight NK-7 polypropylene resin. It protects and stores delicate small to medium-sized items like laptops, tablets, cameras, electronics, drones, sample kits, compact tools, handguns, and equipment of all sorts. This version of the 910 comes with a foam insert made to fit the case’s 13.2 x 9.2 x 4.1″ interior. The insert consists of a convoluted foam piece for the lid, a protective base pad on the bottom, and a pre-scored cubed layer for the middle. When measuring your gear to the case and removing the cubes, make sure to leave two inches around the perimeter to guard against side impact.

Its lid gasket is held fast with the PowerClaw latching system. This patented latch uses compressive force to tightly clamp the case shut to a waterproof and dustproof IP67 rating, with an integrated slide lock that prevents the case from opening during transport or if dropped. For additional security, there are two 0.3″ padlock holes integrated into the case and lid. A molded-in bezel system allows the use of optional inserts to be installed quickly and easily without the need to modify your case. A built-in pressure relief valve regulates the internal pressure, keeping your gear and the case from getting crushed during air travel and allowing you to open the case without having to break a tough pressurized seal that may develop. Further design features include rustproof stainless steel hardware and a foldable soft-grip handle at the top.
