This Mec-Gar magazine is a standard replacement magazine for 1911 Compact Officer Sized handguns. The magazine is made from a carbon steel tube and holds 8 rounds of 10mm ammunition. It features a carbon steel tube, self lubricating nylon follower, phosphate coated high tensile music wire spring and polymer base plate. The follower has a metal insert where the slid stop activates for durability and reliable feeding. A phosphate coated high tensile spring provides easier coiling and longer life. The high impact polymer base plate is tapered slightly to fit funneled or flared magwells. All pack in a heavy duty high carbon steel tube that will last the life of your firearm.
