This marvel of technology features a blue Kraton-G handle, grey powder coated 1095 CRO-VAN steel and a matching grey hard plastic sheath making the SPACE-BAR a perfect addition for anyone preparing for intergalatic warfare or just likes the colour blue. The SPACE BLUE handle on the SPACE-BAR KA-BAR® with Hard Sheath is made from Kraton G®. Referred to simply as Kraton, it is a synthetic rubber that can be molded into knife handles. Kraton provides a non-slip grip and is perfect for use in space.
The Fixed Blade on the SPACE-BAR KA-BAR® with Hard Sheath is made from a grey power coated 1095 CRO-VAN Steel and features a Flat grind. 1095 CRO-VAN steel is easy to sharpen, plain carbon steel used in knife making. Proven to be one of the most popular steels used in KA-BAR Knives. With a Rockwell hardness rating of 56-58, this Clip Point shaped blade is 7 inches long and is stamped with “USSF” and “KA-BAR”.

Included with the SPACE-BAR KA-BAR® with Hard Sheath features a grey hard plastic sheath and is MOLLE compatible. This sheath Fits most KA-BAR Knives with 7-inch blades. Does not fit KA-BAR 1271. This sheath built for outer space use is made in Taiwan.
