The aluminum bedding block is then placed into a mold, both sides of the mold are hand laminated with kevlar, fiberglass and carbon fiber. The stock is hand finished to ensure that it is perfect and ready for your needs.
Handcrafted in the United States, each Howa 1500 stock is meticulously crafted using only the finest raw materials. Beginning with a CNC machined aluminum bedding block precisely tailored to the dimensions of the barreled action, the stock undergoes a meticulous process. It’s enveloped in hand-laminated layers of Kevlar, fiberglass and carbon fiber within a custom mold, then infused with a dense polyurethane foam for unparalleled stability. Every stock is meticulously hand-finished to exacting standards, ensuring perfection and readiness for your specific requirements.
