Browning BAR MK 4 Hunter 270 Win 22″ Semi-Auto Rifle
The roots of the Browning BAR run deep, tracing its history back to John M. Browning’s original design for the U.S. military during the First World War. These legendary firearms earned an amazing service record, being used even into the early days of the Vietnam War.
Timeless in appearance yet modern in functionality. The BAR MK 4 Hunter is the hunting rifle that establishes the standard for all other autoloaders worldwide, offering precision, speed, and a selection of calibers – including magnums – that no other hunting autoloader can rival.
The Grade II Turkish walnut stock features shim adjustments for both cast on/off and drop at the comb. An oil finish not only highlights the wood’s inherent beauty but also offers a protective shield against moisture.
A fluted barrel provides an excellent combination of lightweight design and exceptional accuracy. The gas-operated autoloader features a robust, rotating bolt that secures itself within the barrel. Furthermore, the rifle’s durable action bar/inertia block connection minimizes barrel vibrations, enhancing overall accuracy.
